Drive new business and expand the customer base within top global biotech accounts by building relationships with IT, R&D, and Data Science stakeholders. Responsible for generating 80% of the pipeline, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and leading complex negotiations for 7+ figure deals.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Benchling platform for biotech and biopharma customers, from requirements gathering to go-live. Act as a trusted advisor to align scientific workflows with platform configurations and drive customer success.

Lead the technical direction and architecture of enterprise agentic AI systems, balancing hands-on production coding with strategic planning. You will build internal AI tooling, establish engineering standards, and enable other teams to deploy AI solutions safely.

Build and implement tooling to streamline development, testing, and packaging to enable rapid production releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance developer productivity and champion operational patterns across the engineering organization.

Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring high-quality deployments on time and within budget. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding scientific workflows, leading design workshops, and advocating for customer needs internally.
