The Associate Social & Community Coordinator will execute the organic social media strategy by managing content publishing, community engagement, and creative workflows. This role also involves supporting influencer partnerships and tracking performance metrics to ensure consistent brand presence.

Develop and execute the comprehensive commercial growth strategy across all revenue-generating channels including retail, wholesale, and international markets. Build the necessary commercial infrastructure, manage strategic partnerships, and lead the sales organization to scale the brand nationally.

Lead the retention and customer lifecycle organization to maximize customer lifetime value and subscription revenue. Own the end-to-end customer journey across email, SMS, and loyalty programs while driving data-driven experimentation and executive reporting.
