The Account Manager is responsible for growing and sustaining profitable revenue streams for NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. This includes prospecting for new business, managing the CRM pipeline, and establishing C-suite relationships with clients.

Lead the development and standardization of Non-Destructive Testing training programs across all company departments. Deliver classroom and hands-on training while ensuring compliance with ASNT and industry standards.

The Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining profitable revenue streams by identifying new business opportunities in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services. They will partner with operations leadership to manage client relationships, document activities in the CRM, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
