The Project Manager develops relationships with key voice clients and coordinates team efforts to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. They also serve as a subject matter expert, tracking project status and performing quality control throughout the development lifecycle.

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound lead follow-up and cold calling. They are responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships while managing the full sales cycle from qualification to closure.
