We're looking for a VP of Sales & Business Development to lead our commercial expansion and build out our sales team across North America. This role sits at the center of Yuno's growth in the region. You will lead a team that owns the full sales cycle with enterprise merchants, from first contact to closed deal and successful onboarding.
The payments landscape in North America is evolving at an extraordinary pace. You will need to stay ahead of it, constantly researching the market, identifying where real opportunities exist for Yuno's payment infrastructure, and building strategies that convert insight into pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, relationship-building, and market intelligence. You will hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team, while working closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure every client interaction is consistent, informed, and built for the long term. Collaboration across functions isn't a nice-to-have here — it's how complex enterprise deals actually get done. You will also be expected to bring client and market feedback directly into the product conversation, helping shape what we build based on what our clients truly need.
As VP of Sales & Business Development, you'll work directly with senior leadership to shape how Yuno positions itself with the region's most important merchants and partners. The deals your team closes and the alliances you build will directly influence Yuno's trajectory in one of the world's most dynamic payments markets.
