The role involves managing global lead qualification and pipeline generation across direct selling, retail, and brand segments. Responsibilities include executing high-volume phone-first outreach, meeting monthly sales targets, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative to drive qualification and pipeline generation across three business motions: Direct Selling, Retail, and Brands.
We’re looking for an experienced SDR/BDR who is confident on the phone, has proven experience selling into the US market, and can independently qualify opportunities, handle objections, and maintain strong CRM discipline.
The role combines inbound, intent-based, website, and targeted outbound lead generation, with a strong emphasis on fast response times and phone-first outreach.
For a high performer, there is a potential growth path into a LATAM sales role, with the goal of developing toward independently running discovery calls within approximately 12 months.
Responsibilities
Own global qualification and pipeline generation across Direct Selling, Retail, and Brands for inbound, intent, and website leads;
Execute fast lead response and targeted outbound into named accounts;
Maintain phone-first outreach with a minimum of 100 live dials per day;
Meet monthly targets: 12 booked meetings and 4 sales-accepted opportunities;
Route leads accurately: Direct Selling to the Dan; Retail/Brands to Jeremy (NA) and Daniel (EMEA);
Handle objections confidently, positioning our solution as additive rather than a replacement for existing LMS/training platforms;
Maintain clean HubSpot records: log all touches, attribute lead sources, track speed-to-lead, and write detailed handoff notes;
Report weekly on dials, connect rate, meetings booked, show rate, sales-accepted opps, and market feedback.
Qualifications
2–4+ years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience;
Proven experience prospecting and selling into the US market;
Native Spanish;
C1/C2 spoken English — excellent verbal communication is critical for this role;
Strong hands-on cold-calling experience and comfort operating in a high-volume, phone-first environment;
Strong qualification and discovery skills;
Confidence handling objections and engaging decision-makers;
Experience working with outbound, inbound, and/or intent-based leads;
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce;
Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail;
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently follow through;
Commercial mindset and the ability to distinguish genuine sales opportunities from prospects who are simply willing to take a meeting;
Ambition to grow beyond the SDR/BDR function and potentially progress into an AE / LATAM sales role.
We offer
People-oriented management with minimal bureaucracy;
Competitive compensation package;
Flexible working hours;
100% remote position;
10 working days of paid annual vacation + plus paid national holidays;
Paid sick leave;
Friendly, collaborative, and engaging professional team;
Clear growth opportunities, including the potential to progress into a LATAM sales role based on performance.
