Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management and Succession Management solutions.
Advise clients on Talent Management processes, best practices, and solution design.
Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and provide recommendations.
Support the evolution of Talent Management solutions towards skills-based organisations and career development frameworks.
Must-Have Skills
Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM).
Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management.
Solid understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices.
Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH).
SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder (JPB).
SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning, ideally with certification.
Experience integrating skills and job architecture frameworks across SuccessFactors.
Experience with JDM-to-JPB and TIH migrations.
SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace.
Knowledge of skills-based organisations, job architecture, career frameworks, and career pathing.
