Job Title: GTM Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Remote (U.S.) 
Employment Type: Contract, [6 months], full-time
Our client is a high-growth technology company looking for an experienced go-to-market (GTM) recruiter to help build out its sales and revenue teams. This is a contract position.

You will work closely with sales leaders and hiring managers to fill roles across the GTM organization, such as account executives, sales engineers, business development, customer success and sales operations. The role suits a full-cycle recruiter who is comfortable owning searches from intake to offer, sourcing passive candidates and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with GTM hiring managers to understand each role, team and ideal candidate profile, and turn that into a hiring plan.
• Run full-cycle recruiting for sales and revenue roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and close.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, referrals and creative outreach.
• Screen candidates for sales skills, quota attainment, deal complexity and culture fit.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions, talent availability and compensation trends for GTM roles.
• Give candidates a great experience, with clear and timely communication at every stage.
• Keep the ATS up to date and report on pipeline health and hiring progress.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM and sales roles.
• A track record of hiring account executives, sales engineers, SDRs/BDRs and sales leadership at tech companies.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search and passive candidate outreach.
• Experience working directly with sales leaders and managing several requisitions at once.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and a data-driven approach to recruiting.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for B2B technology, SaaS, semiconductor or hardware companies.
• Agency or RPO experience supporting several clients or business units.

Additional Information

This is a temporary, full-time contract position with an expected duration of 6 months, with possible extension.  Candidates must be located in the United States.
