Estimated salary range: Base - $95,000 to $110,000

Position Overview:
We're looking for a craft-driven demand generation marketer to lead demand generation for OcientAIQ across digital acquisition, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing, turning digital, search, paid, and nurture programs into qualified pipeline.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Solutions, RevOps, Product, Content, Communications, and the broader Growth Marketing team to understand who we're trying to reach, what matters to those buyers, and how digital and direct marketing can best drive repeatable growth.
Responsibilities:
Digital Acquisition and Discoverability
- Own SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) strategy and execution in partnership with our Content team and agency. That includes keyword and topic strategy across telecom, AdTech, financial services, and the public sector, improving technical SEO, and staying ahead of how search is shifting toward AI-driven answer engines.
- Own paid search, paid social, and remarketing across Google and LinkedIn. You'll manage budget, audiences, testing, optimization, and our agency partners against results.
Strategy and GTM Alignment
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and GTM leads to understand the buyer journey by vertical, and shape how demand gen campaigns and programs support pipeline goals.
- Help determine the right mix of audiences, channels, content marketing, and offers for the buyers we're trying to reach.
- Use performance data to make recommendations on where we should invest more, where we should adjust, and what we should test next.
- Communicate plans, results, and recommendations across Sales, Business Development, Solutions, RevOps, Product, Content, Communications, and the broader Growth Marketing team.
Audience and List Strategy
- Build and maintain the audiences behind our campaigns, including segmentation, target lists, lookalikes, remarketing audiences, and intent signals, so we're reaching the right people with the right programs.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to keep our database healthy and our targeting data reliable as it grows.
Website Conversion
- Own conversion rate as a metric, in partnership with Marketing Operations and Content.
- Own and optimize the core conversion levers – gating, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths – identifying opportunities to improve as we scale.
- Build and scale repeatable frameworks and playbooks for conversion optimization that flex across our key verticals and regions.
- Continuously test landing pages, messaging, calls to action, and other elements of the web experience to understand what actually improves conversion.
Lifecycle Marketing: Email, Nurture and Webinars
- Own the email and nurture program end-to-end, from architecture and strategy through hands-on execution and optimization.
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, audience segmentation, email campaigns, and always-on, re-engagement, post-event, and recycled-lead nurture programs.
- Own email segmentation, deliverability, engagement, and the nurture paths that move people from an initial interaction toward a qualified conversation, partnering with Business Development and RevOps to support effective handoffs and follow-up.
- Regularly test and improve subject lines, messaging, calls to action, audiences, and cadence based on performance data.
- Partner with Content and Field & Events on webinar strategy and execution as a core lifecycle and demand generation channel.
Campaigns and Measurement
- Own the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of integrated demand campaigns for your channels – including day-to-day budget management and flighting within your allocated spend – coordinating with our account-based, field and events, and content teams.
- Provide the digital and lifecycle layer – landing pages, email flows, paid support, and tracking – that plugs into campaigns led by other teams, such as ABM account pushes and field & events programs.
- With Marketing Operations owning the underlying reporting and attribution infrastructure, own digital-sourced pipeline contribution, cost per lead and channel performance – interpreting the numbers and directing where we invest more, adjust, or cut.
- Report on channel and campaign performance weekly, with a monthly summary on pipeline contribution and ROI to inform leadership updates.
- Turn campaign and channel performance into market intelligence – what's working, what's not, and how we improve – then proactively partner with Sales, Business Development, Product, and other teams to act on it: sharing insights, drafting new test messaging, and adjusting the mix.
- Test and evaluate new platforms and channels as we grow, including tools like G2 and other intent or review-based platforms.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Four to seven years in B2B demand generation, with at least two years owning paid media, SEO, or both directly — not just briefing an agency.
- Experience taking a business or pipeline goal and figuring out the demand generation strategy behind it — who to reach, where to reach them, what to put in front of them, and how to measure whether it's working.
- Hands-on HubSpot experience is required: workflows, lists, forms, segmentation, email. Working knowledge of Salesforce and how the two talk to each other.
- Experience building nurture programs from scratch, with a clear grasp of the difference between a sequence and a lifecycle.
- Comfort with complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles and technical buyers.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day marketing work, whether that's research, campaign development, analysis, optimization, or execution.
- Demonstrated experience using data and experimentation to interpret performance, develop informed hypotheses, test ideas and recommend next steps.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to brief agency partners, develop compelling campaign messaging, and present plans and results to stakeholders across the business.
- A collaborative, cross-functional working style, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, RevOps, and content rather than working in a silo.
An Exceptional Candidate Will Have:
- Experience marketing to telecom, AdTech, financial services, or the public sector.
- Experience marketing infrastructure software, data platforms or AI technologies.
- Familiarity with intent data platforms and tools like G2.
