A BDR is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of prospects, focusing on remote sales development calls and engaging with marketing-qualified leads to set qualified meetings for sales reps, generating a new pipeline.

Candidates residing in/near the following locations will be considered:

Tampa FL, Charlotte NC, Buffalo NY, San Diego CA

Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned territory or portfolio of customers, focusing on remote sales development calls.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team to gain insights into customers' unique needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offering special discounts and promotions.
  • Select appropriate product information tailored to individual customer needs, actively supporting upselling initiatives.
  • Work diligently to achieve specified sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with customers.
  • Participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team, ensuring collaborative success.

Qualifications:

  • Sit in stationary position a portion of the day.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Communicate, express oneself, exchange information in writing or orally.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Ability to observe details at close range.
  • Move about inside or outside the office to meet with clients.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Limited long-distance travel may be required.
  • Able to transport and move up to five pounds.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
  • Experience: Prior business development experience in B2B SaaS is preferred, but not required.
