We are seeking high-energy, motivated sales professional with strong professional networks to cover one of our fastest growing territories, the West. The West includes all west, and inclusive of, Colorado within the US as well as British Columbia and Alberta within Canada.

Role

The position offers a unique opportunity to develop relationships with C-suite and senior HR professionals, while deploying a consultative sales mentality to understand how our product, Orgvue, is able to drive value within organizations. This includes running the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.

An ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • A self-starter mentality
  • Excellent organization skills, with an ability to balance short-term execution without losing sight of long-term planning
  • Experience working with C-suite executives
  • An ability to clearly articulate a value proposition
  • A consulting or HR background, preferably with experience in Human Capital, Org Design, M&A, Talent, Transformation, and/or Workforce Planning
  • Deep relationships with HR leaders at Fortune 1000 companies

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and grow a book of business for accounts that meet our ICP, which tend to be larger, enterprise accounts.
  • Research accounts, annual reports, quarterly earnings to assess business opportunities.
  • Partner with business development to manage telephone, email and social media prospecting for new business.
  • Meet agreed quarterly and annual quota achievement.
  • Use thought leadership and domain expertise to establish relationships with influencers and decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Lead solution discovery, in partnership with Professional Services, to understand client requirements, objectives and priorities.
  • Present the Orgvue platform and sell to value.
  • Work with senior management and corporate counsel, negotiate contracts and provide all follow-up to deliver signed contracts.
  • Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase visibility of short and long-term prospects through our CRM and reporting tools.
  • Proactively communicate updates to the RVP and keep a pulse on business within the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years of general work experience
  • 3+ years of commercial experience, either in enterprise software sales or professional services sales
  • Understands and demonstrates aptitude in leveraging relationships to secure business
  • The ability to travel to prospect accounts and conferences
  • Demonstrable knowledge in a particular industry, such as FSI, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG, TMT or Retail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
