You will serve as a technical expert for the Volvo Trucks service network, performing on-site diagnostics and resolving complex vehicle system issues. Additionally, you will ensure quality standards are met during repairs and provide technical guidance to service partners to improve overall workshop performance.
Supports customers and sales managers by processing parts orders, returns, and pricing inquiries for heavy-duty vehicles. Identifies required parts using technical documentation and promotes products to increase sales opportunities.
