Responsible for the design, administration, and reporting of sales compensation and commission programs. This includes performing complex data modeling to analyze plan effectiveness and ensuring accurate payout processing.

The Product Manager is responsible for maintaining the competitiveness of Supplemental Health, Life, Disability, and Absence products through market analysis and product enhancements. They serve as the subject matter expert, coordinating with cross-functional teams to design solutions and manage the product lifecycle from assessment to implementation.

Conduct one-on-one meetings with clients to explain benefit offerings and assist with new elections. Manage enrollment documentation and ensure all production goals and participation requirements are met.

This role manages an application development team, overseeing staffing, work assignments, performance, and employee growth while developing and prioritizing project plans to ensure compliance with IT policies and security requirements. The supervisor will also guide staff on technical issues, conduct code reviews, architect new applications, and monitor individual performance.
