The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to expand UPM's presence in the label, release, and packaging paper markets across Türkiye and Eastern Europe. They will manage strategic customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate the sales of stocklots while optimizing pricing and supply chain allocation.

The role involves providing technical expertise and advice to customers to identify and close new business opportunities. The manager will act as a link between customers and production sites to solve complex technical cases and support product innovation.
