You will lead the full implementation lifecycle of Unanet ERP software for architecture and engineering clients, from discovery through go-live. This includes configuring systems, managing data migration, providing client training, and serving as a trusted advisor to ensure successful business outcomes.

You will lead QA efforts by defining automation, performance, and release testing strategies while architecting scalable frameworks for web and API layers. Additionally, you will mentor QA engineers, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product reliability and seamless CI/CD integration.

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to solve business friction points while providing technical support for the Glean enterprise AI platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are measurable, documented, and effectively integrated into daily operations.

Lead the development and roadmap of AI-first capabilities for the AEC industry within the GrowthStudio product. Translate customer needs into agentic workflows and market-ready solutions while collaborating with UX and Engineering teams.
