The Program Chair is responsible for delivering high-quality asynchronous online instruction and leading the development of curriculum and course materials. They also provide mentorship to associate faculty and engage in institutional service to support student success and academic improvement.

The Student Accounts Coordinator assists in monitoring and improving departmental business activities while counseling students on financial processes and account management. They are responsible for reconciling accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring compliance with federal and institutional financial policies.

The Financial Services Representative advises students on educational funding plans, payment options, and financial aid policies throughout their academic journey. They also manage student accounts, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate invoicing and payment scheduling.
