The HR Coordinator manages the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and offboarding. They are also responsible for maintaining data integrity within the Paylocity HRMS and generating workforce metrics.

The HR Generalist will coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, manage onboarding and offboarding activities, and support payroll and benefits administration. Additionally, they will maintain employee records and assist with HR operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
