The Senior Program Manager designs and standardizes operating systems for multi-location retail service centers to improve productivity and customer experience. They lead system governance, partner with IT for tool enhancements, and drive the adoption of scalable processes across the organization.

Leads enterprise sales and customer delivery programs to drive consistent execution across a multi-location retail service network. Partners with cross-functional teams to create training, tools, and KPIs that improve conversion, average ticket, and customer satisfaction.

Owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of technician learning programs for back-of-house and entry-level populations. Defines skill standards, builds scalable curricula, and drives improvements in safety, quality, and productivity through blended learning.

Responsible for the strategy, design, and administration of incentive programs including bonuses, commissions, and profit sharing. Partners with Finance and Operations to ensure plans drive desired behaviors and are financially sustainable.

Oversees marketing initiatives across local operations, acquisitions, and new location openings to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Acts as a central hub for project intake, execution, and performance tracking while coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
