The Customer Success Manager will own the relationship with UK clients, acting as a strategic partner to ensure they maximize the value of the Micad platform. They will also collaborate cross-functionally to drive product improvements and shape the future of the customer experience team.

Guide customers through the configuration and go-live process of the SINGU platform, including data preparation and module setup. Provide operational support and triage implementation issues for clients in Mexico.
