Simpson Strong-Tie

Provide technical support for metal plate connection wood truss designs and repairs using Integrated Component Systems software. Coordinate with customers and sealing engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and design standards.

Manage national accounts, specifically the Lowe's business, by negotiating buying agreements and driving sales growth. Lead and develop a team of Associate National Account Managers while coordinating with internal divisions and branch teams.

Oversee the consultation, implementation, training, and support of component solutions software for customers. Act as a technical liaison between end-users and software development teams to enhance system capabilities.

This role involves partnering with customers and internal teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical expertise, leading technical discovery, demonstrations, and project support throughout the lifecycle. The specialist will also serve as a subject-matter expert, translating customer needs into actionable solutions and influencing the adoption of Simpson products.
