The Proposal Operations Manager leads the end-to-end development and submission of compliant, high-quality proposals and RFI responses for federal opportunities. This role manages proposal schedules, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement of proposal processes and content management.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and front-end visualization applications using Databricks-hosted data. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable, mission-aligned data insights.

The role involves analyzing and reporting on organizational security posture with a focus on database security risks and Imperva implementations. Responsibilities include assessing security controls, mitigating vulnerabilities, and supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities.

Provide operational engineering support for cybersecurity data systems in government cloud environments. Focus on building observability, automation, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure system availability and performance.

Lead the design and evaluation of enterprise security architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles and federal defense standards. Act as the primary technical liaison to translate operational needs into technical requirements and manage security throughout the acquisition life cycle.
