The Senior Field Application Engineer will provide technical support to customers, drive business growth through product promotion, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and quality issues. The role involves leading advanced product lifecycle management activities and developing strategic portfolio management approaches across multiple semiconductor product lines. You will establish governance frameworks, drive architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership to optimize business outcomes and product transitions.

Oversee and coordinate technical support activities for semiconductor product lines, providing leadership and guidance to a team of engineers. Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle, handle critical escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

The role focuses on the design, execution, and governance of global compensation programs, including market pricing and job architecture. It also involves administering incentive and equity programs while supporting executive compensation and Human Capital Committee reporting.

The Senior Manager will manage existing wholesale carrier partnerships in North America, focusing on rate plan negotiations, cost optimization, invoicing control, and ensuring ISO certification requirements are met. They will also participate in designing strategic models for carrier pricing negotiations based on deep knowledge of the US carrier environment.

Lead and manage a team of verification engineers, ensuring quality and timely deliverables across multiple projects. Drive the definition and implementation of comprehensive verification plans and test strategies for integrated circuit designs.
