Relay (Uneven Labs, Inc.)

You will embed with a product team to own end-to-end QA, managing release gates and maintaining automated test suites. Additionally, you will contribute to QA infrastructure projects and integrate AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency.

The Customer Support Specialist will manage front-line support tickets, investigate technical issues using backend logs, and escalate complex problems to the engineering team. Additionally, they will contribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal tooling to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will own the end-to-end partner relationship process, from initial outreach and pitch to contract negotiation and implementation. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for VIP partners while collaborating with product and marketing teams to drive growth.

You will design and deploy MDM strategies, manage identity and access across the company tool stack, and lead security operations. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for internal IT issues and drive incident response and vulnerability management.
