Drive new business and revenue growth by selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services and software to the Physical Therapy market. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstration to contract negotiation and closing.

The role focuses on equipping sales teams with tools, training, and insights to drive successful product launches and market strategies. Key duties include managing GTM programs, tracking sales KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize sales effectiveness.

The Sales Enablement/GTM Manager will drive product launch success by equipping sales teams with essential tools, training, and market insights. They will also manage GTM programs and optimize sales performance through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

This role focuses on driving Go-to-Market success by creating tailored sales enablement programs, developing necessary sales tools, and coordinating training sessions for product launches and ongoing initiatives. The manager will also define and track KPIs for sales performance, analyze data to identify gaps, and lead post-launch assessments to refine GTM strategies.
