The Area Sales Manager is responsible for meeting quarterly sales quotas and managing the complex sales process of the Aquabeam System within hospitals. They will build relationships with key surgeons and administrators while driving market awareness and providing accurate sales forecasts.

The Clinical Specialist provides product training, clinical education, and in-procedure support for robotic systems within surgical environments. They also collaborate with sales teams to drive utilization growth and ensure high standards of clinical outcomes and surgeon satisfaction.

The role involves planning and executing medical education programs while managing event logistics and KOL relationships. Additionally, it requires developing business intelligence dashboards and analytics to track performance and drive data-informed strategic decisions.

Drive the adoption and expansion of PROCEPT Robotic Systems by developing surgeon champions and deepening hospital partnerships. Lead territory strategy, mentor junior team members, and execute growth strategies to increase procedural volume.

Lead regulatory efforts for Class II and III medical robotics devices by developing global strategies and preparing submissions for US, EU, and OUS markets. Provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with FDA and international standards.
