The Program Manager owns the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. They orchestrate technical delivery across audit and engineering teams while managing client relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
You will own the strategy, design, and continuous maturation of the Information Security Program while managing the team responsible for its execution. This includes overseeing AI governance, compliance audits, privacy frameworks, and incident response to ensure enterprise-grade security.
You will lead Solana workstreams from architecture through deployment and post-launch hardening while setting the technical direction for the SVM practice. Additionally, you will represent OpenZeppelin in the ecosystem, contribute to open-source libraries, and mentor the team on Solana-specific security standards.
You will own and grow a portfolio of ecosystem accounts by managing the full sales cycle, including technical discovery and scoping for security audits and partnerships. You will also build strategic account plans and represent the company at industry conferences and technical workshops.
Lead the development of the OpenZeppelin Contracts Library for Daml and implement production-ready DeFi reference implementations on the Canton Network. Collaborate with partners to define Canton standards and integrate AI-native tools into the secure development lifecycle.
