Configure and support enterprise event management platforms, specifically RainFocus, to manage registration, sessions, and exhibitor workflows. Partner with clients to translate business requirements into scalable solutions while providing technical troubleshooting and onsite support.

The contractor will serve as the primary point of contact for speakers, managing their scheduling, deliverables, and session preparation. They will also provide onsite support during events and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless speaker experience.
