The BDR is responsible for executing outbound sales strategies via email, calls, and social media to generate new business opportunities. They will conduct discovery meetings and set qualified introductory meetings for the sales team to meet monthly quotas.

The AI Builder will design and deploy production-ready AI applications, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, to automate repetitive tasks. They will also build the underlying data pipelines and system integrations between internal platforms and third-party APIs.

The Technical Lead serves as the technical anchor, driving system design, architecture decisions, and high-quality code delivery. They balance hands-on development with mentoring developers and collaborating cross-functionally to align technical execution with business goals.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn product ideas into code. Take ownership of features from conception to production and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
