The Intake Specialist is responsible for selling tele-therapy services to consumers and managing the patient intake process. Duties include appointment coordination, registration, and providing post-sales support to ensure a positive patient experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for members to resolve complex inquiries and complaints via phone, email, text, and chat. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure member satisfaction and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments to members via the NOCD video platform. Manage caseloads, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with a network of providers to reinforce treatment decisions.

Member Advocates act as the first impression, providing an extraordinary customer experience while communicating available services. Responsibilities include inside sales of tele-therapy services, patient advocacy, appointment coordination, registration, scheduling, and post-sales support.
