Lead daily cash application activities and resolve complex payment discrepancies to ensure accurate financial processing. Analyze AR data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the end-to-end accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments. Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, and the management of both internal and offshore AP teams.

Proactively generate and qualify new business through outbound prospecting and build a strong, active pipeline. Own early-stage conversations to uncover customer needs and support quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.
