The analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution of U.S. trade operations, including customs compliance, duty drawback, and Foreign Trade Zone management. They will also leverage data analytics to identify process improvements, manage customs brokers, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

The engineer will independently manage the installation of new semiconductor tools at customer sites and perform complex system-level troubleshooting. They are responsible for administrative tasks such as field service reports and providing technical guidance to junior team members.

The role involves serving as a CPG NPI Instructor. The primary focus is on providing technical instruction and support for New Product Introduction within the budget.

Provide technical support and maintain high performance and productivity of semiconductor manufacturing products. Partner with field teams and customers to manage tools and identify performance improvements.

The Customer Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring high support service quality and maintaining excellent customer relationships. They will manage spare parts and lead improvement projects to achieve company objectives.
