The VP of Finance will own the end-to-end financial function, including strategic planning, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting operations. They will act as a strategic partner to the founders, leading fundraising efforts and ensuring compliance within the financial services space.

Own end-to-end people operations, including onboarding, leave administration, and HR system management. Focus on building scalable, automated systems using AI tools to transition from reactive to repeatable workflows.

Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone to provide updates and explain the conveyancing process. Coordinate with legal teams and third parties to chase outstanding documents and upload case information.

You will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into clients by effectively communicating the value of the company's conveyancing services. You will manage your sales pipeline to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while collaborating with the wider team to improve processes.
