Lead full-lifecycle business development and capture efforts to secure large-scale federal contracts valued at $25M+. Develop strategic capture plans and maintain strong relationships with federal customers and teaming partners.

Manage the full lifecycle of federal prime contracts and subcontracts from award through closeout. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and support proposal activities.

The Accountant will manage daily and monthly accounting operations, including accounts payable, invoicing, and expense report processing. They will also support payroll, perform general ledger reconciliations, and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
