The Director of Philanthropy and Major Gifts will lead the Foundation's fundraising strategy to increase revenue by building and managing a robust pipeline of major donors and family foundations. They will supervise staff, engage with the Board, and foster a culture of philanthropy to support the organization's infectious disease research and public health initiatives.
The Director will manage an established portfolio of corporate partners while leading strategies to develop new funding opportunities and strategic alliances. They are responsible for overseeing advisory boards, executive roundtables, and ensuring partnership activities align with Foundation policies and revenue goals.
