The Global Head of Country Operations will architect and scale the operating model across all country offices to support global growth. This includes standardizing HR, finance, and procurement functions while overseeing financial management of over $350M annually.

Lead programming across multiple countries by designing operational models, managing end-to-end projects, and supervising multi-layered teams. Drive new business development through partnership building, fundraising, and market scoping for cash transfer programs.

The Senior Program Manager will own the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of large-scale cash intervention programs in the U.S. They will also manage partnerships, oversee operational metrics, and lead team members to ensure high-quality program delivery and compliance.

The Associate will support high-priority fundraising initiatives by coordinating cross-functional inputs and managing donor engagement activities. They will also build and maintain operational systems to ensure efficient execution of special projects and strategic research.
