The Research Director will lead the impact learning agenda for Emergency Cash programs and define the organization's research strategy. They will institutionalize research best practices and provide technical leadership for strategic projects across multiple countries.
Lead programming across multiple countries by designing operational models, managing end-to-end projects, and supervising multi-layered teams. Drive new business development through partnership building, fundraising, and market scoping for cash transfer programs.
The Associate will support high-priority fundraising initiatives by coordinating cross-functional inputs and managing donor engagement activities. They will also build and maintain operational systems to ensure efficient execution of special projects and strategic research.
