You will lead the technical implementation of integrations between GenLogs and external enterprise systems while working directly with strategic customers to solve operational problems. This role involves the full lifecycle of software deployment, from discovery and requirements gathering to hands-on coding and training customer teams.

The Principal Data Solutions Architect acts as a technical bridge between customer needs and internal data capabilities to drive value through proof-of-concept solutions. They lead discovery sessions, translate complex data requirements into actionable prototypes, and advocate for customer needs within the product and engineering teams.

The Scaled Customer Success Manager will manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB accounts to drive product adoption, customer outcomes, and retention. They will execute digital-first engagement models, including automated onboarding, training, and proactive renewal strategies.
