The Internal Operations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining scalable internal systems, automating workflows, and overseeing people operations. This includes managing vendor relationships, SaaS subscriptions, employee onboarding, and company-wide operational documentation.

Lead the greenfield rewrite of the desktop client from native platform-specific code to a unified Rust-based architecture across macOS, Linux, and Windows. Own the entire SDLC, including architecture, secure auto-updater design, and the definition of quality and testing standards.
