The Business Development Representative will build and manage a sales pipeline by conducting outbound outreach to independent medspas and aesthetic practices. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Build and own the West Coast territory by identifying clinic targets and sourcing new partners through outbound prospecting. Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless clinic onboarding.

The role involves owning the end-to-end outbound sales process to acquire mid-to-large aesthetic clinics. This includes active networking at industry events and using HubSpot to manage a rigorous sales pipeline.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, including pricing updates and product information. Act as the first line of support for customer service requests and triage issues for resolution.
