Lead and coordinate global compliance activities to ensure manufacturing sites and R&D centers adhere to US-FDA regulations. This includes preparing sites for inspections, managing mitigation plans for quality gaps, and optimizing cGMP processes.

Lead the technical implementation of products at customer locations, serving as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team. Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure installations remain on schedule and provide sales support for RFPs.

The Director is responsible for developing and executing the strategic operating plan for key national accounts, securing profitable access for all Biopharma and Specialty products, and managing the customer's entire book of business across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments. This role requires directing large internal stakeholder teams to create strategies that optimize product revenue, ensure access, and execute service agreements.
