The Lead LPN is responsible for onboarding, training, and managing the performance of Medical Assistants to ensure clinical operational excellence. This includes conducting quality checks, monitoring KPIs, and leading team syncs to maintain high standards of patient care.

Lead the development and management of referral, channel, and strategic partner ecosystems to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Develop joint go-to-market initiatives and create scalable partnership processes and reporting systems.

Lead and scale clinical operations infrastructure, specifically RTM, CCM, and PCM programs, while managing a distributed team of over 50 clinicians. Partner with Product and Engineering to standardize clinical workflows and drive operational efficiency for a growing patient population.

The Head of Marketing will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, including demand generation, product marketing, and brand positioning to drive pipeline and revenue. They will build and scale a marketing engine tailored to a provider-first sales motion within the musculoskeletal care market.

The specialist will manage the full lifecycle of prior authorization workflows for pain management and orthopedic procedures and prescription medications to ensure timely approval for providers. This includes submitting, tracking, and following up on authorizations while proactively identifying and resolving documentation gaps to minimize denials.

This role involves designing and owning customer success processes focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations for MSK practices, serving as the primary subject matter expert for RCM issues and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include onboarding, managing third-party billing vendors, advising on front-end and back-end RCM, and presenting performance reports to demonstrate financial impact.

The LPN/LVN will facilitate patient enrollment into RTM and CCM programs and make daily calls to document patient health status. They will also support patients by providing health pointers and maintaining confidentiality in handling patient information.
