Build and manage the day-to-day legal function for a thematic holding company and its software portfolio. This includes handling routine commercial contracts, managing entity governance, and coordinating with outside specialist counsel.
Build and lead the IT function for a holding company and its portfolio, focusing on acquisition integration and centralized operations. Manage identity platforms, vendor contracts, and the relationship with the managed service provider.
Support the full investment diligence cycle from target evaluation and financial modeling to post-investment integration planning. Prepare detailed Investment Committee Memos and provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on in-depth deal analysis.
