The Associate Product Manager serves as the operational backbone for product and engineering teams, managing scoping, ticket documentation, and backlog hygiene. They are responsible for coordinating QA/UAT, triaging bugs, and maintaining quality and compliance documentation.

Serve as the primary contact for dental practices to handle inquiries, troubleshoot software issues, and manage lab fulfillment. Create help documentation and maintain records of common resolutions to build the support function from scratch.
