The Onboarding & Training Specialist will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new dental practices, ensuring successful implementation of digital workflows and scanner adoption. They will provide clinical training, monitor early performance, and act as the primary point of contact to drive long-term customer retention.
The role involves building a content engine from scratch, including blogs, landing pages, email, and social media. You will also create sales collateral and manage organic search and answer engine optimization to drive traffic.
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you'll be the primary contact for dental practices, handling their questions and troubleshooting issues. You'll also track and resolve support tickets and manage lab fulfillment questions.
