The Project Coordinator will monitor shipments, track thousands of components from purchase to installation, and maintain accurate daily inventory records. Additionally, the role involves coordinating team travel logistics and supporting general procurement and administrative needs.

Manage financial operations and monthly closes across Convergent and its Focused Research Organizations. Provide financial oversight for grants, prepare for audits, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Lead the communications function by building and scaling media capabilities for a portfolio of Focused Research Organizations (FROs). Manage Convergent's internal and digital channels while coordinating with external agencies for brand storytelling.

The role involves leading the UK Residency program to identify and launch new Focused Research Organizations (FROs) while managing partnerships with ARIA, UKRI, and other government bodies. Additionally, the partner will provide board governance for FROs and oversee the operational scaling of the organization's UK presence.
