The VP of Medical Affairs will design and execute the global medical strategy for IsoPSA and pipeline diagnostics to drive clinical credibility and adoption. This includes leading MSL teams, managing KOL relationships, and overseeing the generation of scientific evidence and HEOR to support reimbursement.

The Client Support Representative manages incoming inquiries from patients, providers, and payors to ensure high-quality service. They are responsible for account management, inventory logistics, and resolving client complaints while supporting the commercial and sales teams.

The specialist supports compliance by preparing and distributing educational materials related to IVD test kits and communicating reimbursement information to customers. They also monitor payer policies, develop appeal templates, and document all client interactions in the CRM system.

The Account Executive is tasked with creating and securing sales opportunities within an assigned territory, focusing on establishing and developing relationships with primary customer targets in Urology. Essential duties include achieving sales targets, proactively identifying key decision-makers, creating business plans, and managing a new business pipeline with accurate forecasting.
