Bastion

The lead will shape Bastion's brand positioning and guide consistent messaging across all external touchpoints to increase market awareness. They will own earned media, executive preparation for public appearances, and targeted campaigns to drive enterprise pipeline.

The VP of Finance will build scalable finance systems and own the end-to-end financial process, from month-end close to regulatory filings. They will drive strategic financial planning, manage FP&A capabilities, and partner with leadership on capital allocation and product pricing.

Build and lead the customer support function across a partner ecosystem, managing everything from hands-on escalations to long-term strategy. This includes implementing AI-powered tooling, managing BPO partners, and establishing SLA tracking and reporting.

The role involves managing and scaling AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system reliability and security. The engineer will lead platform-wide initiatives to standardize deployment patterns and optimize database performance.
