Lead the regional directors managing Cell Therapy Account Executives and develop corporate relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers. Responsible for driving demand creation, aligning brand strategy with execution, and overseeing the recruitment and development of the cell therapy team.

The CTAE is responsible for developing relationships with Authorized Treatment Centers and driving the appropriate utilization of CAR T therapies. This includes managing day-to-day account operations, coordinating site setup, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The MSL is responsible for building professional partnerships with external stakeholders to improve patient access and outcomes through scientific exchange. They gather medical intelligence to inform medical strategy and support clinical trial processes in collaboration with research colleagues.
