The Assistant Director provides administrative and operational leadership for Federal Direct Loan administration and Title IV financial aid processes. They are responsible for overseeing loan processing, budget management, staff supervision, and ensuring institutional compliance with federal regulations.
The financial aid processor prepares and reviews student financial aid files to determine eligibility and award amounts in accordance with federal and institutional regulations. They also resolve discrepancies in student records and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with Title IV requirements.
