The Finance Specialist will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including transaction processing, journal entries, and cost allocations. They are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and ensuring the month-end close process remains on schedule.

Develop and maintain production-grade AI agents and product surfaces to support clinical and operational workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build composable infrastructure using React, Django, and FastAPI.
