The Director will lead the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of systems supporting various functions including Research and Clinical Development. This role also involves overseeing systems for regulatory submissions and managing technology solutions.

Lead discovery pharmacology strategy from target concept to IND-enabling entry using a 100% externalized CRO model. Manage external partners to establish potency, efficacy, and mechanism of action across various therapeutic modalities.

The SVP of Clinical Development will provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the clinical development team, overseeing clinical trial design, implementation, and execution. This role involves aligning clinical development plans with overall product strategies and managing multiple product candidates at various stages of development.

The Senior Director will design and build the U.S. distribution model, including specialty pharmacy and 3PL channels, to support product launch readiness. They will also lead contracting strategies, manage vendor performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence.
