The Workday Administrator will manage, configure, and optimize Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules to support HR operations. They will serve as a technical bridge between IT and People & Culture teams to ensure system alignment with business goals and data integrity.

The Lead Reliability Engineer serves as the supreme technical authority for electrical topology and power quality across the fleet. They lead forensic investigations into critical incidents and translate findings into binding engineering mandates to eliminate single points of failure.

Lead and direct day-to-day operations for large, complex construction projects, including ground-up builds and renovations. Manage external vendors, ensure contract administration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain profitability and quality standards.

The Director, Engineering Strategy is responsible for the strategic direction and technical excellence of the company’s data center platform. This role includes overseeing engineering innovation, technical standards, and operational reliability across the infrastructure portfolio.
